Info for Sunday’s tournament as follows

Strangely, it is my understanding that this is a 5 a side event , not the normal 6  which we have been practising!!!!!!

·         The tournament 
gates open at 8.30am
·         Please DO NOT Park on the roads. Parking restrictions will apply during the tournament.
·         Please DO park at the recreation ground. Marshalls will direct you to a parking space.
·         Parking is charged at £2 and includes a programme for the tournament providing fixture details etc.
·         Once you have arrived, please proceed to our Control point to register your team. This will be located at the Village Hall. Can you please ensure the registration form is completed prior to registration so as to help streamline the registration process.
·         Please ensure your have registered your team before 9.30am
·         Manager’s briefing will take place at 9.30am
·         No BBQs are permitted
·         No Dogs are permitted
·         No persons are permitted behind the goals
·         Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. Any team or spectators of a team found guilty of such behaviour will result in disqualification from the tournament.
·         Numerous bins will be provided on the day. Please use them.

ALSO, those with both shirts, please bring the alternative one along with you so we can share them with the new lads for the day.

Tournament Info 12th June

Hi 

Tournament 12th June 2016 is hosted by Grange and will be at West Moors

I have entered 2 teams so ALL 16 squad members can come (if available). Please let me know if NOT available.

Please be ON SITE at 1300hrs. 
I will send a further message with the two squads nearer the time. One team will wear Blue & the other Red.

Tournament Information


Please note, observe & cooperate:


Please be ready & prepared before the due start time of your games & move onto the pitch as soon as the previous game has finished. Please cooperate with the referees who have been asked to start as soon as they are ready.

Please ensure that people do not stand behind or adjacent to the goals.

It is our aim to make this a friendly tournament with teams from ten different counties participating. Please ensure that due respect is given to all referees, other participants, officials & spectators.

Please keep the field tidy by placing your litter in a bin.

West Moors Parish Council do not allow dogs on site. Please ensure all your party are aware.

Parking & Programme cost is £2 per car, additional programmes are available at £1. Foot passengers are charged entry at £1 (£2 with programme).
At least .25p from each programme sold will be donated to the Steve Bernard Foundation. www.stevebernardfoundation.org

Please respect our neighbours and do not park in local streets, or the social club & memorial hall car park. We have organised the use of the adjacent field for parking. This is accesiable via the Fryers Field entrance on Bond Avenue (just off Station Rd). This year to ease congestion we have added a separate exit from the Car Park Field, please follow instructions from our attendents.

Please ensure all visitors in your party are aware and that they have the money available as they approach the club, so as to ensure no delays in entering the complex.

As with many tournaments there is often traffic congestion as players arrive for the afternoon session, please arrive early to avoid congestion.
