Arlesford Town are in Div 3 of the Tyro League in Southampton. Who knows how good they are so please prep the kids for a tough game. Good to go into this one WITHOUT complacency!

We are using this location as we need to provide refreshments afterwards for the away team, and there is a room available free of charge.  strictly no muddy shoes or football boots in the room. 

There is a notice board next to the changing rooms which will tell you which pitch and which changing room we will be allocated.

Jayden's dad, Mike, has kindly offered to supply pizzas for all the players for afterwards, which I am sure they will love. Also saves us all a big job in catering - so big thanks to him. However, if anyone wants to bring along cakes, sweets etc, I am sure that will go down well also. I will sort the drinks, plates, cups etc.

·         Once you have arrived, please proceed to our Control point to register your team. This will be located at the Village Hall. Can you please ensure the registration form is completed prior to registration so as to help streamline the registration process.

·         Manager’s briefing will take place at 9.30am

·         No BBQs are permitted

·         No Dogs are permitted

·         No persons are permitted behind the goals

·         Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. Any team or spectators of a team found guilty of such behaviour will result in disqualification from the tournament.

Please note, observe & cooperate:

Please be ready & prepared before the due start time of your games & move onto the pitch as soon as the previous game has finished. Please cooperate with the referees who have been asked to start as soon as they are ready.

Please ensure that people do not stand behind or adjacent to the goals.

It is our aim to make this a friendly tournament with teams from ten different counties participating. Please ensure that due respect is given to all referees, other participants, officials & spectators.

Please keep the field tidy by placing your litter in a bin.

West Moors Parish Council do not allow dogs on site. Please ensure all your party are aware.

Parking & Programme cost is £2 per car, additional programmes are available at £1. Foot passengers are charged entry at £1 (£2 with programme).

Please respect our neighbours and do not park in local streets, or the social club & memorial hall car park. We have organised the use of the adjacent field for parking. This is accesiable via the Fryers Field entrance on Bond Avenue (just off Station Rd). This year to ease congestion we have added a separate exit from the Car Park Field, please follow instructions from our attendents.

Please ensure all visitors in your party are aware and that they have the money available as they approach the club, so as to ensure no delays in entering the complex.

As with many tournaments there is often traffic congestion as players arrive for the afternoon session, please arrive early to avoid congestion.
